Troll in the Dungeon

I pretty much spent the whole day reading Harry Potter and the Chambers of Secrets. Jeni, Laura, and I started this "book club" thing, that's not much of a "book club" really. I mean, there aren't any bored housewives and wine glasses involve as far as I'm concern.

We decided to read Harry Potter and the (Philosopher's) Sorcerer's Stone. I finished that about a week ago, and today I finally finished Chamber of Secrets. I had about 100 pages left, and just spent the entire afternoon reading on my balcony since, for some reason, it was too hot and humid inside. I realize that the previous sentence is a fragment. I don't care enough to fix it. Anyways, I watched the movie right after finishing the book like I did with Sorcerer's Stone. And as this may come to a shocking surprise, the book was way better than the movie. Heavy sarcasm was intended there. I love the way J.K Rowling writes. It's an easy read, and her imagination always captures my full attention. There isn't a moment in the book where it gets boring. When I stop reading, it's because I'm either hungry, sleepy, or need restroom break. I want to send her a muffin basket, and personally thank her. I think I owe her my first born.

I'm going to skip the rest of the series for now onto Deathly Hallows because I'm figuratively dying to see the movie. As there are so much fucking hype on the internet.

P.S. Dobby is my favorite.
